If you’ve come into the shop to ask about sake, then chances are that you’ve heard us singing the praises of this single serving of sake. Niichiro Marumoto’s brewery, in Okayama Prefecture is a perfect blend of old and new guard. From growing his own rice right outside of the brewery, to pioneering the science of sparkling sake, Marumoto is really going out of his way to combine tradition and innovation, making them come together in one delicious single serving of sake that’s just perfect for the park or even the train. He even got Japanese street artist Shiro to grace the packaging with her art.
