We hope that you never tire of hearing us singing the praises of the wines from the Loire Valley, because we have no intention of stopping. This wine is what we mean when we say “fall and winter whites”. 100% Chenin Blanc, grown in schist and volcanic soils, harvested by hand, slow pressed, lightly settled and aged in 400L barrels (1/4 of which are new) for 12 months. This wine is rich, aromatic, firmly structured and just delicious. If you’re the type to lay bottles down, this one will go for a while and only improve.
