My cousins from Portland fondly recall always having a 2 lb block of Tillamook in the fridge – it’s an ubiquitous West Coast favorite. We get it in big loaves and cut to order. Creamy, slightly sharp, and bright orange, looking like a Kraft Single but way, way better. Perfect melting cheese!
