From the island of Sardinia, Italy, comes this exceptional aged goat cheese. Unlike most Sardinian cheeses, which are made with sheep’s milk, this cheese is made from the milk of Capra Sarda goats. It has the firm texture of a young Manchego but tastes like a mixture of lemons and butter. Refreshing and surprisingly light.
