How Dunbarton Blue is Made
Known for breaking the mold when it comes to….mold. Created by fourth-generation cheese maker Chris Roelli, Dunbarton Blue is an original, a cheddar with blue veining! It has the tight, brittle texture of a cheddar and the peppery bite of a blue. It’s the perfect combination of two fantastic cheese styles. Achieved through pressing and piercing, it’s a great intro to blue or a new adventure for the blue lover.
